Job Description:
Cablevision Systems is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will work closely with our customer care team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Teamwork and leadership skills. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
