Customer Care Assistant

INTL FCStone is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and guidance to customers over the phone, email, and in person. 3. Processing customer orders and managing accounts accurately. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions. 5. Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of products and services. 6. Assisting with customer retention and upselling efforts.

Requirements: 1. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues. 3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
