Job Description:
Deere, a leading company in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual with a passion for innovation and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding solutions to their problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment by building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
