Job Description:
As a Customer Care Associate at CBS in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve product and service offerings. 7. Provide feedback to management on ways to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
