Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate in a work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This position is based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ and is a full-time role at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance - Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Driven and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
