Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Position: Customer Care Manager Company: Xero Location: Wellington, Wellington, NZ Job Type: Full-time Seniority: Associate Level Years of Experience: 5+


Xero is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team. As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care department, ensuring that high standards of service are maintained at all times.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer care team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Address customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Analyze customer care metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to constantly improve the department's performance.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care or related field. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong research and presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
