Job Description:
As a Customer Care Manager at Celgene in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to all customers. This role is at the Associate level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a customer care or related role.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer care team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. 2. Implement and monitor customer care processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 3. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on customer care initiatives. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and engagement. 7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the customer care team and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to ensure Celgene remains a leader in customer service.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a customer care or similar role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to change. 5. Experience in project management. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
