Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team at Cablevision Systems in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care department and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct training and development programs for customer care staff - Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track departmental performance - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead a team and inspire others to achieve goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
