Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer at Kinder Morgan in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, and work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively. 3. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product information and pricing to customers. 6. Assist in processing orders and coordinating deliveries. 7. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 9. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 5. Adaptable and able to learn new processes and technologies quickly. 6. Energetic and customer-focused attitude. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
