Job Description:
Weta Digital, a leading visual effects company located in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer support operations. 6. Stay up to date on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to de-escalate tense situations. 3. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 7. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
