Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Independent and hardworking. 2. Soft skills: Attention to detail and strong planning abilities. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
