Job Description:
Old Republic International is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and driven individual with strong emotional intelligence and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed - Maintain customer records and update information in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Assist in training new customer care team members as needed
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
