Job Description - Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Voya Financial is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Educate customers on our products and services - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Motivated and proactive attitude - Experience working remotely is a plus
