Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual who possesses excellent time management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent time management and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
