Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team at CSX in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking demeanor. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
