Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Newmont Mining in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and coordinating deliveries with our logistics team - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure a positive customer experience - Conducting research to identify customer needs and trends - Persuading customers to try new products or services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and persuasion skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
