Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at Cin7 in Auckland, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with a strong ability to cooperate with team members and analyze customer needs.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
