Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Dawn Aerospace, a cutting-edge aerospace company based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Monitor customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Regularly report on key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote work environment - Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing customer service teams - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
