Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Kathmandu Holdings in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Conducting regular training sessions for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Developing and implementing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the customer service team - Representing the company at industry events and conferences to promote our customer service initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of success in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strategic planning and research soft skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
