Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Deere is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives to achieve key performance indicators and individual goals - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer service experience and operational efficiency - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives - Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide regular feedback and performance reviews - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service strategies with overall business objectives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote setting - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence to effectively manage a remote team - Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM systems and customer service software - Knowledge of best practices in customer service and continuous improvement methodologies
