Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


CDW is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exemplary service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance goals. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer service experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
