Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall service

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
