Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at J.P. Morgan Chase in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial industry. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, transactions, and general banking inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a proactive and efficient manner. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 5. Provide product and service information to customers to ensure they have a complete understanding of available options. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role in the financial industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and resourceful with a strategic planning mindset. 5. Ability to innovate and adapt to changing customer needs and expectations. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
