Customer Service Representative

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and independent attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
