Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Kathmandu Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, assist with orders, and resolve any customer issues or complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Cooperative and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus
