Customer Service Representative

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Hershey in Auckland, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. You will also be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling products to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Up-sell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
