Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at DuPont in Auckland, New Zealand. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, passionate, and looking to kickstart their career in customer service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Emotional intelligence and proficiency in people management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous customer service experience is a plus
