Job Description:

Target is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago. As a remote Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and investigate customer concerns to provide accurate solutions - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong research and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to succeed in a remote work setting - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
