Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Processing customer orders and providing accurate information on products and services. 3. Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to resolve issues in a positive manner. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement. 7. Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking to meet customer needs.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 6. Ability to think innovatively and suggest new ideas to enhance customer experiences. 7. Previous experience using CRM software or other customer service tools is a plus.
