Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Broadcom in Nelson, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers using our products. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven ability to work independently and handle challenging situations with resilience. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Excellent people management skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
