Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at J.M. Smucker as a remote worker based in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Innovative and negotiation soft skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
