Job Description - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Owens & Minor is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual with strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer success operations - Provide training and support to customers on our products and services - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Remote work experience is a plus
