Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service - Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our offerings - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
