Job Description - Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Marathon Oil in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of product updates and industry trends. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell opportunities. 5. Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention of Marathon Oil products and services. 6. Provide ongoing support and training to customers to maximize their use of Marathon Oil products. 7. Identify and address any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. 8. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 4. Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Hardworking and dedicated to achieving customer success.
