Job Description - Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a motivated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at TJX in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Act as a strategic partner to customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalations in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Lead a team of customer success representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success or a similar role - Strong strategic planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms
