Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Lithia Motors in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers are utilizing the company's products or services effectively and achieving their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers and provide them with training and resources to maximize their success - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executives, managers, and end users - Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact customer satisfaction - Collaborate with customers to develop success plans and ensure they are meeting their business objectives - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and key performance indicators
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Experience working with CRM software and other customer management tools
