Job Description:
Harley-Davidson, a leading motorcycle manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Auckland, New Zealand, suitable for a candidate with 6 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with Harley-Davidson products and services. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive resolution of customer concerns. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Lead customer success initiatives, such as onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and conducting regular check-ins. - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty. - Monitor customer health indicators and proactively intervene to prevent churn. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving customer success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Confidence and reliability in managing customer relationships. - Proficiency in people management and negotiation. - Ability to work independently and remotely.
