Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Whirlpool is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time, remote position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions. - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decision-making. - Work closely with the sales team to forecast and track customer engagement and potential revenue opportunities. - Provide ongoing training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any areas of concern.

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently. - Strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving long-term customer success. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
