Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is looking for a motivated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The ideal candidate will be at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions. 3. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities. 5. Monitor customer usage data and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. 7. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures related to customer success. 8. Serve as an advocate for the customer within the company, representing their needs and feedback in product development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills. 4. Proven track record of driving positive customer outcomes and exceeding goals. 5. Experience working remotely and managing relationships with customers across different time zones. 6. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer success tools. 8. Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings and customer visits.
