Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Owens & Minor in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and solve any issues that may arise - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and build relationships - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Assist in developing customer success metrics and track progress towards goals - Act as a liaison between customers and the rest of the organization to ensure seamless communication


Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
