Job Description - Customer Success Officer


Job Description:


Frontier Communications is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and drive improvements to products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed - Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to prevent churn


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems - Prior experience in a customer success or account management role is a plus
