Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Sempra Energy is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, have excellent planning skills, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are receiving the highest level of service and satisfaction - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
