Remote Customer Success Representative

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service - Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their purchases - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Dick’s Sporting Goods products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers - Confident and able to work independently - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Knowledge of sports and outdoor products is a plus
