Job Description:
As a Customer Success Representative at L-3 Communications in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position is ideal for a dedicated and resilient individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and best practices - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support - Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes - Develop and deliver training materials to educate clients on product features and usage
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency in conducting thorough research and analyzing data - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations - Resilience to handle challenging situations and find creative solutions
