Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team at McDonald’s in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a full-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings - Provide support and guidance to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and to drive product improvements - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers - Track and report on customer success metrics to management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Ability to negotiate and think innovatively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
