Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
