Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


CH2M Hill is seeking a hardworking and energetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products/services - Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive product improvements - Track customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
