Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at L-3 Communications. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Troubleshoot any issues customers may have and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer success tools
