Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Wellington, NZ. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an associate level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system - Participating in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Assisting in the development of customer support processes and procedures - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat channels


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Planning and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
