Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a fulltime associate at the Associate Level, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner - Handle customer concerns and provide resolutions according to company policies and procedures - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stocking shelves as needed - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives - Utilize effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and enhance their overall experience - Stay current on products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold high standards of service and professionalism at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent worker who can also collaborate effectively with a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of basic computer applications and point of sale systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
